September is the month in which we kick off the 2nd Semester of the Affinity Training and our Learning & Career team is ready to monitor and drive the success of all learning opportunities specially prepared for our Affinity employees.
Our #LearningExperience, which in 2022 was and will continue to be 100% online, has already included trainings in various areas and topics as comprehensive as Clean Coding, Design Thinking, Scrum Master, and training in advanced levels of React Development, Spring Development, and .NET Core Development. The kick-off of the second season will be done with an Azure training, followed by other technological areas such as Docker & Kubernetes or Functional Analysis, and in November our employees can also count on learning sessions on Mindfulness.
During the month of September, all Players are also invited to participate in the planning of the 2023 Training Calendar. Affinity’s Learning team is accepting suggestions related to topics to be explored, technological areas, and any other inputs that our people consider relevant, in order to meet their learning expectations.
In addition to the annual training schedule, Affinity employees have individual certification opportunities through the Udemy platform, with diverse learning options tailored to their roles. As a Microsoft Silver partner, Affinity also provides its people with the possibility to access exclusive Microsoft trainings and certifications so that they always move in the direction of their own evolution.
After a very positive first semester, we started another semester of opportunities, new knowledge, and skills for all our employees! Our goal is always to meet our people’s career ambitions, develop their skills and foster the development of knowledge in the most various areas of IT consulting.
