In its tenth year, it restructured Keywork, as a brand of products aimed at the agile management of human resources, starting as Affinity’s proprietary software to support the company’s business, Keywork is today a solid brand, available in the Microsoft Marketplace offering three distinct products, geared towards different needs, clients, and business types: Keywork Recruitment, Keywork Enterprise and Keywork Portal.

Over these first 10 years, it has carried out more than 1200 national and international projects and more than 1500 employees have been part of Affinity’s history, experts in the most varied areas such as software development, web, and mobile development, with skills in .NET, JAVA or Outsystems, cybersecurity, databases and systems, support and many other technological areas in addiction to other functions linked to the corporate management of the company and its commercial activities. A decade of history that makes us confident about our present and our future.

Prioritizing since the beginning the creation of true partnerships with customers and employees, in 2023 Affinity will continue to focus on hiring national and international talent, for IT outsourcing and nearshoring projects that are increasingly ambitious and in line with the market trends. The forecast is to hire around 200 new employees in both the technology and management areas and in work regimes ranging from full-remote, through hybrid and in-office work according to the requirements of the specific function or project.

Embracing a new decade of challenges and achievements, Affinity foresees a 2023 not only of hiring but also of continuous improvement in the quality of its services, processes, and relationships, outlining objectives for the next 10 years that include 7 offices in Portugal, a universe of more than 1000 employees, and teams spread across four continents – Europe, South America, North Africa, and Asia.
