Affinity counts with three offices across Portugal

With the opening of its new Tech Hub in Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, Affinity, counts now with three geographical locations in Portugal in the districts of Lisbon, Porto and Leiria.

This geographic addition comes as a result of Affinity’s strong international growth and expansion and it enables the consolidation of the company’s nearshore competence. The choice for this geographical location also reflects the company’s ability to adapt to the needs of its clients and employees, as well as the agility to establish teams where and when they are needed.

At the opening ceremony of its New Tech Hub in Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, attended by members of the Affinity management team, local government entities and business guests, Humberto Marques, mayor of Óbidos, applauded Affinity’s outstanding growth in just seven years of activity and left a few words of appreciation.

“It is of great value when a company like Affinity chooses to establish operations in a low-density territory like ours, proving that it is possible to define a new economic agenda based on digitalization and software production valuing local talent and attracting new talent to this region” he said.

Indeed, Affinity aims to consolidate its leading position in the IT sector with a strong focus on nearshore operations, as Carlos Pais Correia, CEO of Affinity said, the company is “poised for continuous talent-hiring and the creation of new hubs in Portugal and Spain, responding best to the needs of their European customers.”

Headquartered in Lisbon, with offices in Porto and a collective workforce of 300 employees, Affinity provides consulting services based on a very relational approach, where the success and satisfaction of its clients and consultants is an unremitting factor of culture and identity.
