This Christmas, our #ACaringExperience led us to become an “Affinity Friend”, in an initiative that surprised each of the 56 children currently sheltered by SOS Children’s Villages with a Christmas gift.
As every year, and this Christmas being no exception, our employees embraced a new initiative launched by Affinity, in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages, which aimed to offer each child a treat of their own choosing.
Each child filled in a letter to their “Affinity Friend” – as a Secret Santa and between sharing, if they wished, “The best things that happened this year”, they also asked for a gift of their choice, which included lots of books, clothes, watches, games amongst other more creative gifts.
The presents went to the villages of Guarda, Gulpilhares and Bicesse, and we couldn’t be happier to have fulfilled the Christmas requests of these children.
