We are about to close Affinity’s first semester of Learning 2021 as our last training opportunity of this semester was just communicated to be held next month. After the summer break training opportunities will resume in another year where our Learning & Career department adjusted to the 100% online format, maintaining full focus on providing real value to the evolution of our people and their careers.
This first semester of Trainings & Talks was once again made of quality learning opportunities that attracted high levels of attendance and positive feedback from the participants. With a wide range variety of topics covered such as Java, Javascript, Communication Skills, Azure, Angular, Scrum, Digital Transformation and GDPR in IT projects, Affinity’s Learning Calendar 2021 also included language courses in French and Business English. The semester will end with a subject of great interest and relevance, across the different areas of the company: Time Management.

With the first semester almost successfully completed and a very positive balance of the training actions carried out, Affinity’s Learning & Career department looks forward to the second semester always committed to its mission of supporting the acquisition of new knowledge and skills of our employees, monitoring and boosting their success.
