At Affinity since the beginning of its history, Ana Baptista now assumes the role of Chief Operations Officer leading the company’s entire Operational affairs.
Ana Baptista started her career at Affinity 9 years ago as an IT Recruiter, having been growing and consecutively demonstrating her value over the years. She went through the roles of Senior IT Recruiter, Talent Manager, Talent Unit Manager and was later invited to take on the role of Chief People Officer, a position she held to date. Her promotion as Chief Operations Officer (COO) thus becomes a reflection of all the experience gained, knowledge and continuous commitment and true alignment with Affinity’s culture, values, and business.
