Announcing our Affinity Training Center 2024

In 2024, we will continue with our mission to offer a complete Training Calendar comprised of technical, linguistic, and soft skills programs, with a view to the development and success of all Affinity employees.

The year opens with a Mental Health Workshop “Neutralizing Conflict” and there will be two more mental health workshops throughout the year: one before the summer break and one before the end of the year, always in cooperation with MindPartner, our partner in this field.

Our usual Training Calendar includes training in technological areas such as Power BI, SQL Server Fundamentals, .NET, Functional Testing, Java, Scrum Master Express, Vue.js Fundamentals – topics that meet the needs and trends most requested by our employees and that promise to add value and skills to all those enrolled.

There will also be trainings in languages, French and Business English, in order to respond to a growing desire and need for expertise in these two languages in view of the company’s growing internationalization strategy and active projects where these languages are mandatory.

In addition to the 2024 Training Calendar, Affinity employees also have access to the Udemy e-learning platform with diverse learning options tailored to their roles, as well as individual certification opportunities based on their ambitions and motivations as demonstrated in their individual career plan. In addition to these, as Affinity is a Microsoft Silver Partner, our employees also have access to Microsoft training and certifications so that they can always move in the direction of their own evolution.

Since learning is one of our values and a major driver of constant evolution at both an individual and company level, we couldn’t be happier to open another year by announcing everything we’ve thought of and prepared for the development of our employees’ technical and personal skills.
