Carolina Simões is the new leader of Affinity’s Corporate & Culture department

Carolina Simões takes the lead in managing our people and our culture and is now Corporate and Culture Manager at Affinity.

 

Post-graduated in Social and Organizational Psychology, she started her career at Affinity in 2019, as Corporate Talent Manager – with the important role of Recruitment for Affinity’s Corporate team, responsible for the company’s different management teams. Over the years, she was also the person responsible for representing Affinity at student events both in person and online, ensuring the company’s proximity and notoriety among them.

 

About this promotion, Carlos Pais Correia, Chief Executive Officer of Affinity says “Carolina combines competence, commitment, and humility with her characteristic subtlety.
