The arrival of June means the end of the first semester of the Affinity Training Calendar.
A semester that started with a training on how to “Manage Effectively your Time”, useful for any area of activity, as well as training in French and English aimed at business, which were identified by our Learning & Career department as an added value.
For the most part, we conducted training s in technological areas such as The Power of Power BI, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery, T-SQL – How to play with Queries & Stored Procedures, among many others. The most recurrent and requested by our employees continue to be the trainings in Scrum Master, Javascript, React Hooks and React Redux, training that also took place this semester with great success and participation.
A Calendar defined according to the preferences of our consultants, based on a questionnaire carried out at the end of each year, through which our Learning & Career department seeks to meet the preferences of our employees by effectively corresponding with those same offers.
This semester, Affinity Talks returned with a session on JAVA: Developer Joy with Framework Quarkus led by our guest speaker, Roberto Cortez, a true Java guru and founder of JNation. A technology conference organized by Developers for Developers where topics such as Java, Javascript, Cloud & Infrastructures, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Security and Methodologies are explored by key selected international speakers!
As Learning is one of Affinity’s values, we will continue to focus on offering the best opportunities of evolution for our employees. The calendar returns in September with more remarkable training courses in technology, soft skills, and languages.
