Affinity appoints Cristiana Vicente to lead the highest position related to people management at the company, now assuming the position of Chief People Officer.
Cristiana Vicente’s career at Affinity began in 2019 as Talent Unit Manager, and in 2023 she embraces the new challenge just announced. Over these almost 4 years, Cristiana has been in charge of Affinity’s Talent department, responsible for recruiting a multidisciplinary team in the various technological areas in which Affinity operates. As Cristiana has been a true personification of the company’s values throughout her journey, demonstrating a continuous commitment to the team, objectives and alignment with Affinity’s culture and business, this promotion comes naturally.
