September is the month in which at Affinity, we resume the Training Calendar. The Learning & Career team has prepared another semester of training for us with the main objective of delivering real value in learning-related offers, with a view to acquiring skills adjusted to the needs and ambitions of each employee.
The second half of the year opens with training in TypeScript. Still, September and October are months very dedicated to Angular with training in Reactive Programming in Angular; Component Communication in Angular; Angular HTTPClient & WebSockets and Angular, State Management with NGRX. The end of our year has challenges in the technological areas of Java; .NET 7:; Software Architecture and Microservices. As usual, Affinity offers business-oriented training in French and English, as well as moments to develop employees’ softskills with training such as Leadership for (Yet) Non-Leaders.
The beginning of the Semester was also marked by Affinity Live, a face-to-face discussion with online transmission centered on the theme The impact of Data on Business and People Evolution – a different Learning opportunity that invited all employees, extending to everyone who wanted to take part, to participate in a discussion as current as aspects related to Data and the way it impacts today’s society and the future.
After a first semester with a very positive balance in terms of the training actions carried out, we envisage a second semester of a lot of learning, in which Affinity’s Learning & Career department seeks to continue responding with useful, diverse and interesting themes , with all the quality, that meets employee satisfaction and makes a real contribution to their career development.
