In the beginning of every year we bring our teams together to take stock of the year that has just ended, and together we design the key lines of action for the new year. With renewed energy, we embrace the challenges of the year that we inaugurate in two important meetings!
Last Friday, January 27th, we held the Start Up Corporate, bringing together the Affinity management team. A day in which leaders from the different areas and departments of Affinity set out all the achievements of the year just ended, as well as share a perspective on the objectives for the new year with ambition and focus on the continuous growth of people and the company.
Attention is now on the next February 10th. A Friday in which we will gather the entire Affinity universe at the end of the day, sharing and creating a synergy between the different areas of the company. An event that will be broadcast live from the Affinity office in Lisbon, with the presentation of some of the achievements of the past year to the Affinity team of consultants, perspectives and challenges for 2023 and ending with a moment in which we reward employees for their good performances, your commitment and Affinity! This year, in addition to the regular topics, we also decided to pass the word on to our employees so that they could ask questions or suggest themes that they would like to see clarified or developed, making this event even more complete, adapted to the needs of our people and with an even more interactive aspect.
Our 11th year of activity has just begun, a new Affinity decade, with more and greater challenges. We are ready!
