Affinity announces Rudi Silvério as Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Rudi Silvério will be responsible for defining and executing Affinity’s global business strategy.

Affinity announces Rudi Silvério as Chief Business Officer (CBO), effective January 2026. This transition represents a strategic step in consolidating Affinity’s commercial growth model and reinforces the company’s clear commitment to valuing internal talent with direct business impact.

Rudi Silvério began his journey at Affinity as a Business Manager, later progressing to Business Unit Manager (BUM) of BU Fusion and, more recently, to Business Units Partner. His career path is a clear reflection of Affinity’s intrapreneurship model, where performance, strategic vision, and cultural alignment translate into real leadership opportunities.

As BUM of BU Fusion, Rudi stood out for his ability to develop business, build high-performance teams, and ensure sustainable growth, with a strong focus on the quality of client relationships and the integration between sales, delivery, and leadership. In his role as Business Units Partner, he played a key role in providing cross-functional support to the Business Units, contributing to the scalability of the commercial model, the maturity of leadership teams in managing large accounts, and the consistency of Affinity’s value proposition.

These factors underpinned the reinforcement of the Chief Business Officer role — a central position to ensure coherence, scale, and strategic focus in Affinity’s commercial approach within a context of accelerated growth. In 2026, the company aims to create two new Business Units, one in Porto and another in Lisbon, strengthening its national presence and its ability to respond to growing demand from local and nearshore clients.

Role and Responsibilities

In his new role, Rudi Silvério will be responsible for defining and executing Affinity’s global business strategy, including market development, growth and management of strategic accounts, coordination of commercial activities across Business Units and geographies, and strengthening Affinity’s positioning as a leading technology partner.

Leadership Perspective

According to Carlos Pais Correia, CEO of Affinity:

“Rudi’s journey is a clear example of what we believe in: leaders who grow with us, who know the business from the inside, and who have proven over time their ability to generate sustainable growth and build trusted client relationships. His move into the CBO role is a natural and strategic step in how we are preparing Affinity for 2026 and for the next decade.”

With this leadership transition, Affinity strengthens its executive governance model and its commitment to internally developed leadership, prepared to support the company’s ambition of surpassing 1,000 employees and reaching €50M in revenue over the next decade.
